At Imagine Black, we operate through three distinct corporate entities: Imagine Black (501c4), Imagine Black Futures (501c3), and Imagine Black Ventures LLC. Each entity is affiliated and works towards our shared vision, yet they have specific activities tailored to their roles. While there is some overlap, certain tasks are exclusive to each organization.
