2020 Mayoral Debate For Black Portland

This live-streamed debate between Portland mayor candidates Ted Wheeler and Sarah Iannarone centered on issues that impacted the Black community, hosted by Imagine Black in partnership with Black Voices United, produced by Open Signal Labs, and set design artist Christine Miller.

The debate initially held on Sunday, October 18 at 5 pm. discussed topics that impact the Black community, including police reform and divestment, education, and community investment.

This debate was not an endorsement of any candidate. All candidates on and off the ballot running for Portland mayor were invited to participate in the debate on and off the ballot.
