OUR PARTNERS

ANTI DISPLACEMENT COaliTION

A Portland area coalition of community-based organizations -- led by Black, Indigenous and people of color-led groups, is being formed to build shared power to advance strategic campaigns around the intersections of racial justice, economic justice, environmental justice, and health equity. Our mission is focused on following the lead of Black Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) towards ending displacement and mitigating the effects of gentrification by expanding affordable housing opportunities throughout Portland, especially for people of color, low-income people, renters, people with disabilities, and older adults.

Coalition of Communities of Color

Formed in 2001, the Coalition of Communities of Color (CCC) is an alliance of culturally-specific community based organizations with representation from the following communities of color: African, African American, Asian, Latino, Middle Eastern and North African, Native American, Pacific Islander, and Slavic. The CCC supports a collective racial justice effort to improve outcomes for communities of color through policy analysis and advocacy, environmental justice, culturally-appropriate data and research, and leadership development in communities of color.

Oregon Black Worker Center

The Oregon Black Worker Center — guided by the National Black Worker Center is dedicated to building a more just and equitable economy for Black workers across Oregon. We’re advancing the Black Worker Justice Movement by organizing, educating, and empowering Black workers to drive systemic change in labor policies, workplace conditions, and the distribution of resources.

The Oregon Black Worker Center is co-led by Imagine Black Futures and The Rosewood Initiative, two Black-led community organizations committed to advancing worker justice. Together, they bring deep experience, trusted community relationships, and a shared vision to build power and create lasting change for Black workers across Oregon.
